Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AiVersary (“the Service”), operated by Sittadel (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

AiVersary provides automated threat intelligence and reconnaissance reports. These reports aggregate publicly available information to help organizations understand their external attack surface from an adversarial perspective.

Authorized Use

You may only request reports for domains and organizations that you own, operate, or have explicit authorization to assess. By requesting a report, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to request threat intelligence on the specified target
  • The report will be used for legitimate security purposes only
  • You will not use the information to conduct attacks, unauthorized access, or any illegal activity

Permitted Use of Report Data

The intelligence and information contained in reports generated by AiVersary is provided exclusively for defensive security purposes. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Report data may only be used to improve the security posture of organizations you own or are authorized to protect
  • Information must be used solely for defensive purposes such as vulnerability remediation, security awareness, and risk assessment
  • Reports are confidential to your organization and may not be shared with parties who do not have a legitimate need to assist in your security efforts
  • Any findings must be addressed through proper internal channels and responsible disclosure practices

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Request reports on targets you do not own or have authorization to assess
  • Use the Service to facilitate attacks or unauthorized access
  • Share report data with third parties without proper authorization
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Resell or redistribute reports without our written consent
  • Use report data to plan, facilitate, or execute any form of cyberattack, including but not limited to phishing, social engineering, network intrusion, or denial of service attacks
  • Target individuals identified in reports for harassment, stalking, or any form of personal harm
  • Sell, trade, or otherwise monetize report data or findings to third parties
  • Use report information to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data belonging to any party
  • Provide report data to competitors, malicious actors, or any party who may use it to harm the target organization
  • Use the Service to gather intelligence for nation-state activities, espionage, or any form of hostile reconnaissance against entities you do not own

Payment and Refunds

Report purchases are non-refundable once report generation has begun. If you believe a report is incomplete or contains errors, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss resolution options.

Intellectual Property

Reports generated through the Service are licensed to you for your internal use. The Service, including its software, methodology, and branding, remains the exclusive property of Sittadel. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on our technology without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reports will identify all vulnerabilities or threats. Threat intelligence is inherently point-in-time and should be used as one component of a comprehensive security program.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sittadel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service and any purchased reports will cease.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
